한마디 녹음메모장(이하 "본 앱")은 이용자의 개인정보를 소중히 다루며, 대한민국 개인정보보호법 및 Google Play 개발자 정책을 준수합니다.
1. 수집하지 않는 정보
본 앱은 회원가입·로그인이 없으며, 이름·이메일·전화번호·위치·연락처 등 개인 식별 정보를 수집하지 않습니다.
2. 마이크와 음성 인식
마이크(RECORD_AUDIO)는 음성을 텍스트로 변환하기 위해서만 사용합니다.
음성 인식은 기기의 OS 음성 엔진이 처리합니다. 본 앱은 음성을 저장하거나 자체 서버로 전송하지 않습니다.
다만 기기·설정에 따라 OS 음성 엔진(예: Google 음성 서비스)이 인식을 위해 네트워크를 사용할 수 있으며, 이 처리는 해당 OS 제공자의 정책을 따릅니다.
마이크를 허용하지 않아도 키보드로 직접 입력해 앱을 사용할 수 있습니다.
3. 기기에만 저장되는 정보
작성한 메모, 소리 설정, 광고 제거 구매 여부는 기기 내부(로컬)에만 저장되며 본 앱이 외부로 전송하지 않습니다. 버전 1.1.0부터는 Android 자동 백업(클라우드 백업·기기 간 이전) 대상에서도 제외되므로, 기기를 바꿀 때는 설정의 «전체 내보내기»로 옮겨 주세요. 앱을 삭제하면 함께 삭제됩니다.
4. 광고 (Google AdMob · UMP)
Google AdMob 배너 광고를 표시합니다. AdMob은 광고 제공·측정·부정클릭 방지를 위해 광고 식별자(ADID), 기기 정보, 대략적 위치(IP 기반) 등을 수집·이용할 수 있습니다.
광고 개인 최적화는 기기 설정(설정 > Google > 광고)에서 재설정·해제할 수 있습니다.
광고 제거 인앱구매 시 앱 내 광고가 표시되지 않습니다.
4-1. 앱 사용 통계 (Google Firebase Analytics)
본 앱에는 Google Firebase Analytics 가 포함되어 있어, 앱 실행·화면 보기 같은 자동 수집 이벤트와 기기 정보·앱 인스턴스 ID 가 앱 개선을 위해 Google 로 전송됩니다. 메모 내용은 포함되지 않습니다. 처리 방식은 Google 정책(policies.google.com/privacy)을 따릅니다.
5. 인앱 결제 (Google Play)
인앱 상품 구매는 Google Play 결제로 처리되며, 결제 정보는 본 앱이 수집·저장하지 않습니다.
6. 제3자 제공
광고 식별자는 광고 제공사(Google AdMob)에, 앱 사용 통계는 Google Firebase 에 전달됩니다. 음성 인식은 기기 OS 의 음성 인식 서비스가 처리합니다. 그 외 제3자 제공은 없습니다.
Murmur Voice Memo ("the App") respects your privacy. This policy explains what data the App handles.
1. Information we do NOT collect
The App has no sign-up and no login, and does not collect personally identifiable information (name, email, phone, location, contacts).
2. Microphone and speech recognition
The microphone (RECORD_AUDIO) is used solely to convert your speech into text.
Recognition is performed by your device's OS speech engine. The App does not store your audio or send it to any server of ours.
Depending on your device and settings, the OS speech engine (e.g. Google speech services) may use the network to perform recognition; that processing follows the OS provider's own policy.
You can decline the microphone and still use the App by typing memos directly.
3. Stored only on your device
Your memos, sound setting, and remove-ads purchase status are stored only on your device and are not transmitted by the App. From version 1.1.0 they are also excluded from Android Auto Backup (cloud backup and device-to-device transfer), so use Export all in Settings when switching phones. They are removed when you uninstall the App.
4. Advertising (Google AdMob · UMP)
The App shows Google AdMob banner ads. AdMob may collect and use an Advertising ID, device information, and approximate (IP-based) location to serve/measure ads and prevent fraud.
The App includes Google Firebase Analytics, which sends automatically collected events (such as app opens and screen views), device information and an app instance ID to Google to help improve the App. Your memo text is not included. Google processes this data under its own policy (policies.google.com/privacy).
5. In-app purchases (Google Play)
Purchases are processed by Google Play Billing; the App does not collect or store payment details.
6. Third parties
The Advertising ID is shared with the ad provider (Google AdMob), and app usage statistics with Google Firebase. Speech recognition is handled by your device OS speech service. No other third-party sharing occurs.
7. Children
The App is not directed primarily to children under 13 and collects no personal data.

이 앱이 만드는 기록은 사용자의 기기 안에만 저장됩니다. 개발자는 사용자의 기록을 서버로 받지 않으며 따로 보관하지 않습니다. 기기에 저장된 기록은 사용자가 앱에서 삭제하거나 앱을 제거할 때까지 남아 있고, 삭제하면 함께 사라집니다. 광고에 쓰이는 식별자는 Google 및 광고 파트너가 각자의 정책과 보관 기간에 따라 처리하며, 개발자가 보관하지 않습니다.
Records created by this app are stored only on the user's device. The developer does not receive them on any server and does not retain them. Data kept on the device remains until the user deletes it in the app or uninstalls the app, at which point it is removed with the app. Advertising identifiers used for ads are handled by Google and its advertising partners under their own policies and retention periods; the developer does not retain them.
このアプリが作る記録は利用者の端末内にのみ保存されます。開発者はサーバーで受け取らず、別途保管しません。端末内の記録は利用者が削除するかアプリを削除するまで残り、削除すると一緒に消えます。広告識別子は Google および広告パートナーが各自のポリシーと保存期間に従って扱い、開発者は保管しません。
