1. 수집하는 정보

이 앱은 이름·이메일·전화번호처럼 개인을 식별할 수 있는 정보를 직접 수집하지 않습니다. 계정 가입이나 로그인 절차가 없습니다.

• 카메라 화면 — 점수 계산 모드에서 카메라에 비친 화투 패를 알아보는 데에만 씁니다. 화면은 기기 안에서 곧바로 처리되고 저장·전송되지 않습니다. 사진이나 동영상을 파일로 남기지 않으며, 소리를 녹음하지 않습니다.
• 앱 설정(언어, 효과음·음성 켜짐 여부, 광고 제거 구매 여부) — 기기 내부 저장소에만 저장되며 외부 서버로 전송되지 않습니다.
• 광고 식별자(광고 ID)와 기기 정보 — 광고를 게재할 때 Google AdMob SDK가 처리합니다.
• 앱 사용 통계 — Google Firebase Analytics가 앱 첫 실행·사용 세션·사용 시간 같은 자동 이벤트와 기기 정보(기종, OS 버전, 대략적인 국가·언어, 앱 인스턴스 ID)를 수집합니다. 앱이 어떻게 쓰이는지 파악해 개선하는 데에만 쓰며, 이름·연락처·카메라 화면·게임 판 내용은 보내지 않습니다.
• 구매 정보 — 광고 제거 구매 시 Google Play 결제 시스템이 처리하며, 앱은 구매 여부(보유/미보유)만 확인합니다.

2. 이 앱의 성격

화투 48장과 점수 규칙을 배우는 앱입니다. 컴퓨터와 치는 맞고·3인 고스톱, 화투 블랙잭, 카메라로 패를 읽어 점수를 세는 모드가 있습니다. 실제 돈이나 경품을 걸지 않으며, 게임 결과를 서버로 보내는 기능이 없습니다.

3. 앱이 사용하는 권한

• 카메라(CAMERA) — 점수 계산 모드에서 화투 패를 읽는 데에만 사용합니다. 그 화면을 열었을 때 한 번 허용을 묻고, 거절해도 도감에서 패를 직접 골라 점수를 셀 수 있습니다.
• 인터넷(INTERNET)·네트워크 상태(ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE) — 광고를 내려받고, 인앱 구매를 확인하고, 앱 사용 통계를 보내는 데 사용합니다.
• 광고 ID(AD_ID) 및 Android 광고 서비스(ACCESS_ADSERVICES_*) — 광고 게재와 빈도 제한에 사용합니다.
• 결제(BILLING) — 광고 제거 구매에 사용합니다.
• WAKE_LOCK·FOREGROUND_SERVICE — 광고 SDK가 백그라운드 작업을 처리할 때 사용합니다. 위치·마이크·연락처·사진 보관함 권한은 사용하지 않습니다.

4. 제3자 서비스

유럽 경제 지역·영국·스위스 사용자에게는 광고 개인 맞춤 설정에 대한 동의 창(UMP)이 표시되며, 앱의 설정 → 「광고 개인정보 선택」에서 언제든 다시 고를 수 있습니다.

5. 어린이

이 앱은 만 13세 미만 어린이를 대상으로 하지 않습니다. Designed for Families 프로그램에 참여하지 않습니다.

6. 데이터 삭제

앱이 기기에 저장하는 것은 설정값뿐이며, 앱을 삭제하면 모두 함께 지워집니다. 기기 백업에도 포함하지 않습니다. Firebase Analytics 사용 통계는 개인을 직접 식별하지 않는 형태로 Google이 보관하며, 삭제를 원하시면 위 문의 메일로 요청해 주세요.

7. 변경

1. Information we collect

This app does not collect personally identifiable information such as your name, email or phone number. There is no sign-up and no login.

• Camera view — used only in the scoring mode to recognise the hwatu cards held up to the camera. Frames are processed on your device and are neither saved nor sent anywhere. The app does not store photos or videos and does not record audio.
• App settings (language, sound effects and voice on or off, whether ad removal has been purchased) are stored only on your device and are not sent anywhere.
• Advertising identifier and device information are handled by the Google AdMob SDK when ads are served.
• App usage statistics — Google Firebase Analytics collects automatic events such as first open, sessions and engagement time, together with device information (model, OS version, approximate country and language, app instance ID). They are used only to understand how the app is used and improve it; no name, contact details, camera frames or game contents are sent.
• Purchase information is handled by Google Play Billing; the app only checks whether the ad-removal purchase is owned.

2. What this app is

An app for learning the 48 hwatu cards and how scoring works. It includes Matgo and three-player Go-Stop against the computer, a hwatu blackjack game, and a mode that reads cards through the camera to count points. No real money or prizes are involved, and the app has no feature that sends game results to a server.

3. Permissions

• CAMERA — only to read hwatu cards in the scoring mode. You are asked once when you open that screen; if you decline, you can still pick cards from the card guide and score them.
• INTERNET, ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE — to fetch ads, verify in-app purchases and send app usage statistics.
• AD_ID and Android ad services (ACCESS_ADSERVICES_*) — for ad serving and frequency capping.
• BILLING — for the ad-removal purchase.
• WAKE_LOCK, FOREGROUND_SERVICE — used by the ads SDK for background tasks. The app does not use location, microphone, contacts or photo library permissions.

Users in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland are shown a consent form (UMP) for ad personalisation, and can change their choice at any time under Settings → "Ad privacy choices".

5. Children

This app is not directed to children under 13. It does not participate in the Designed for Families programme.

6. Data deletion

The only data the app stores on your device is your settings; uninstalling the app removes them, and they are not included in device backups. Firebase Analytics usage statistics are kept by Google in a form that does not directly identify you; to request deletion, email the contact address above.

7. Changes

If this policy changes, the last-updated date on this page will change with it.

이 앱이 만드는 기록은 사용자의 기기 안에만 저장됩니다. 개발자는 사용자의 기록을 서버로 받지 않으며 따로 보관하지 않습니다. 카메라 화면은 인식 즉시 버려지고 저장되지 않습니다. 기기에 저장된 설정은 사용자가 앱을 제거할 때까지 남아 있고, 제거하면 함께 사라집니다. 광고에 쓰이는 식별자는 Google 및 광고 파트너가 각자의 정책과 보관 기간에 따라 처리하며, 개발자가 보관하지 않습니다. 앱 사용 통계(Firebase Analytics)는 Google이 보관 기간 정책에 따라 처리하고, 개발자는 개인을 식별하지 않는 집계 형태로만 확인합니다.

Records created by this app are stored only on the user's device. The developer does not receive them on any server and does not retain them. Camera frames are discarded as soon as they are recognised and are never saved. Settings kept on the device remain until the user uninstalls the app, at which point they are removed. Advertising identifiers used for ads are handled by Google and its advertising partners under their own policies and retention periods; the developer does not retain them. App usage statistics (Firebase Analytics) are processed by Google under its retention policy, and the developer sees them only in aggregate form that does not identify individuals.
