1. 이 앱이 하는 일
InstaTorch는 기기의 카메라 LED를 손전등처럼 켜고 끄는 도구입니다. 밝기 조절, SOS 모스부호 신호, 홈 화면 위젯·퀵설정 타일 기능을 제공합니다. 계정 가입·로그인 기능은 없습니다. 광고·인앱 결제·이용 통계를 위해 Google 서비스와 통신합니다.
2. 기기 접근
- 손전등에는 카메라(CAMERA) 권한이 필요합니다 — 사진·영상을 찍거나 저장하지 않고 LED를 켜고 끄는 데에만 씁니다.
- 알림(POST_NOTIFICATIONS) 권한은 선택입니다 — 손전등이 켜져 있는 동안 '켜짐' 알림(끄기 버튼 포함)을 보여 주는 데에만 씁니다. 거부해도 손전등은 동작합니다.
- 위치·마이크·연락처·사진에는 접근하지 않습니다.
3. 기기에 저장하는 정보
- 앱 설정(언어, 광고 제거 구매 여부, '24시간 광고 끄기' 만료 시각)만 이 기기 안에 저장됩니다. 1.1.0 버전부터 이 설정은 기기 백업·기기 간 이전에 포함되지 않습니다.
- 이름·연락처·위치 같은 개인정보를 받지 않습니다.
4. 앱이 사용하는 권한
- 카메라(CAMERA) — 손전등 LED 제어.
- 알림(선택) — 켜짐 알림.
- 포그라운드 서비스 · 진동 · 화면 유지(WAKE_LOCK) — 다른 앱을 보는 동안에도 불을 유지하고 조작 반응을 주기 위해 사용합니다.
- 인터넷 · 네트워크 상태 · 광고 ID · 결제(BILLING) — 광고 게재, 인앱 구매(광고 제거), 이용 통계에 사용합니다.
5. 제3자 서비스

- Google Analytics for Firebase — 앱 사용 통계(앱 실행·화면 이용 등 이벤트, 앱 인스턴스 ID, 기기 정보)를 수집해 앱 개선에 사용합니다. Firebase 개인정보 보호
- Google Play 결제 — 광고 제거 구매 처리. 앱은 구매 여부만 확인합니다.
유럽 경제 지역·영국·스위스 사용자에게는 광고 개인 맞춤 설정에 대한 동의 창(UMP)이 표시됩니다.
6. 보관 기간과 삭제
이 앱이 기기에 저장하는 것은 설정뿐이며 앱을 삭제하면 함께 지워집니다. 광고·통계 데이터는 Google 정책에 따라 처리·보관됩니다. 개발자가 직접 서버에 보관하는 사용자 데이터는 없습니다.
7. 어린이
이 앱은 만 13세 미만 어린이를 대상으로 하지 않습니다. Designed for Families 프로그램에 참여하지 않습니다.
8. 변경
이 방침이 바뀌면 이 페이지의 최종 업데이트 날짜가 갱신됩니다.

1. What this app does
InstaTorch turns your device's camera LED on and off like a flashlight. It offers brightness control, an SOS Morse-code signal, and a home screen widget / Quick Settings tile. There is no sign-up or login. The app communicates with Google services for ads, the in-app purchase and usage statistics.
2. Device access
- The flashlight needs the CAMERA permission — it never takes or stores photos or videos, it only switches the LED on and off.
- The notification (POST_NOTIFICATIONS) permission is optional — it is used only to show the "flashlight is on" notice with a Turn off button. The flashlight works without it.
- It does not access location, microphone, contacts or photos.
3. Information stored on your device
- Only app settings (language, whether ads were removed, and when the 24-hour ads-off period ends) are stored on this device. From version 1.1.0 these settings are excluded from device backup and device-to-device transfer.
- The app does not collect your name, contacts or location.
4. Permissions
- CAMERA — controls the flashlight LED.
- Notifications (optional) — the "on" notice.
- Foreground service, vibration and WAKE_LOCK — keep the light on while you use other apps and give tap feedback.
- INTERNET, network state, advertising ID and BILLING — ads, the remove-ads purchase and usage statistics.
5. Third-party services
- Google AdMob — banner, interstitial and rewarded ads; processes the advertising identifier and device information. Google Privacy Policy

- Google Play Billing — remove-ads purchase; the app only checks whether it is owned.
Users in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland are shown a consent form (UMP) for ad personalisation.
6. Retention and deletion
The only thing this app stores on the device is your settings, which are removed when you uninstall the app. Ad and analytics data are processed and retained under Google's policies. The developer keeps no user data on its own servers.
7. Children
This app is not directed to children under 13. It does not participate in the Designed for Families programme.
8. Changes
If this policy changes, the last-updated date on this page will change with it.
