1. 이 앱이 하는 일
QuitClock은 절제(금연·금주·기타 습관)를 시작한 시각부터 흐른 시간과 절약한 금액을 보여주는 도구입니다. 모든 계산과 저장은 기기 안에서 이뤄지며, 사용자가 입력한 정보를 서버로 보내지 않습니다.
2. 계정과 로그인
- 회원가입·로그인이 없습니다. 커뮤니티·소셜 기능도 없습니다.
- 절제 시작 시각, 비용 설정값, 마일스톤 진행 상황, 알림 켬/끔 설정은 이 기기 안에만 저장됩니다.
3. 기기에 저장하는 정보
- 절제 유형(담배·술·직접 입력), 시작 시각, 통화·가격 설정값, 알림 설정, 광고 제거 구매 여부, 언어 선택, 이전 시도 기록이 기기 내부 저장소에 보관됩니다.
- 이 정보는 앱을 삭제하면 함께 삭제되며, 개발자는 이 정보를 수집·전송받지 않습니다.
4. 홈 화면 위젯
홈 화면 위젯은 앱과 같은 기기 내부 저장소의 값을 읽어 화면에 표시할 뿐, 별도로 정보를 수집하거나 전송하지 않습니다.
5. 앱이 사용하는 권한
- 인터넷(INTERNET) · 광고 ID — 광고 게재와 인앱 구매(광고 제거)에 사용합니다.
- 알림(POST_NOTIFICATIONS) — 마일스톤 도달 알림 표시에 사용하며, 설정에서 언제든 끌 수 있고 끄면 다시 표시되지 않습니다.
- 그 외 권한(카메라·마이크·위치·연락처 등)을 요청하지 않습니다.
6. 제3자 서비스
- Google AdMob — 광고 게재. 광고 식별자와 기기 정보를 처리합니다. Google 개인정보처리방침
- Google Play 결제 — 광고 제거 구매 처리. 앱은 구매 여부만 확인합니다.
- 사용 통계·분석(Analytics) SDK는 넣지 않았습니다.
유럽 경제 지역·영국·스위스 사용자에게는 광고 개인 맞춤 설정에 대한 동의 창(UMP)이 표시됩니다.
7. 건강 정보 관련 고지
앱 안의 건강 회복 마일스톤 정보는 공개된 보건 자료를 인용한 일반적인 참고용 정보이며, 의학적 진단·치료·상담을 대신하지 않습니다.
8. 보관 기간과 삭제
이 앱이 저장하는 모든 정보는 기기 안에만 있으며, 앱을 삭제하면 함께 삭제됩니다. 개발자가 서버에 보관하는 사용자 데이터가 없어 별도의 삭제 요청 절차가 필요하지 않습니다.
9. 어린이
이 앱은 만 13세 미만 어린이를 대상으로 하지 않습니다. Designed for Families 프로그램에 참여하지 않습니다.
10. 변경
이 방침이 바뀌면 이 페이지의 최종 업데이트 날짜가 갱신됩니다.

1. What this app does
QuitClock shows how much time has passed and how much money you have saved since you started quitting a habit (smoking, drinking, or one you define yourself). All calculations and storage happen on your device — nothing you enter is sent to a server.
2. Accounts and login
- There is no sign-up or login, and no community or social feature.
- Your quit start time, cost settings, milestone progress, and notification preference are stored only on this device.
3. Information stored on your device
- Habit type (smoking, drinking, or custom), start time, currency and price settings, notification preference, ad-removal purchase status, language choice, and past attempt history are stored in local device storage.
- This information is removed when you uninstall the app, and the developer never receives or collects it.
4. Home screen widget
The home screen widget only reads values from the same on-device storage the app uses to display them — it does not separately collect or transmit any information.
5. Permissions
- INTERNET and advertising ID — for ad serving and the remove-ads in-app purchase.
- POST_NOTIFICATIONS — to show milestone notifications; you can turn this off at any time in Settings, and once off it will not show again.
- No other permissions (camera, microphone, location, contacts, etc.) are requested.
6. Third-party services
- Google AdMob — ad serving; processes the advertising identifier and device information. Google Privacy Policy
- Google Play Billing — handles the remove-ads purchase; the app only checks whether it is owned.
- No analytics SDK is included in this app.
Users in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland are shown a consent form (UMP) for ad personalisation.
7. About the health information
The health milestone information in the app is general reference material drawn from publicly available health sources. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
8. Retention and deletion
Everything this app stores stays on your device and is removed when you uninstall it. The developer keeps no user data on any server, so no separate deletion request is needed.
9. Children
This app is not directed to children under 13. It does not participate in the Designed for Families programme.
10. Changes
If this policy changes, the last-updated date on this page will change with it.
