1. 이 앱이 하는 일

King Pass는 계정 아이디·비밀번호·비밀번호 변경 이력을 관리하는 비밀번호 관리자입니다. 이 앱은 자체 서버가 없고, 회원가입·로그인 기능도 없습니다. 사용자가 입력하거나 자동 완성으로 저장을 확인한 계정 정보는 기기 안의 암호화된 파일에만 저장되며, 개발자에게 전송되지 않습니다.

2. 계정과 로그인

• 이 앱 자체에 회원가입·로그인이 없습니다. 커뮤니티·소셜 기능도 없습니다.
• 사용자가 관리하는 계정 정보(아이디·비밀번호·사이트 주소·메모·연결된 앱 패키지명·비밀번호 변경 이력)는 이 기기 안에만 저장됩니다.

3. 기기에 저장하는 정보

• 계정 정보는 AES-256으로 암호화된 파일로 기기 내부 저장소에 보관됩니다. 이 파일을 열 수 있는 열쇠는 사용자의 마스터 비밀번호 또는 사용자가 켠 지문 인증으로만 만들어집니다.
• 자동 완성 서비스가 다른 앱·브라우저의 로그인 화면에서 인식한 정보는 사용자가 저장을 확인한 경우에만 위 암호화 파일에 반영됩니다. 이 과정에서 정보는 기기 밖으로 나가지 않습니다.
• 이 정보는 앱을 삭제하면 함께 삭제되며, 개발자는 이 정보를 수집·전송받지 않습니다.

4. 지문(생체) 인증

비밀번호 보기·복사, 자동 완성 채우기 전 본인 확인에 안드로이드 생체 인증(지문)을 사용합니다. 지문 정보 자체는 이 앱이나 개발사가 가지고 있지 않습니다. 안드로이드 시스템(Keystore)이 관리하며, 이 앱은 인증 성공·실패 결과만 전달받습니다.

5. 백업 파일

사용자가 "암호화 백업 파일 만들기"를 실행하면, 사용자가 정한 비밀번호로 다시 암호화한 파일을 만듭니다. 이 파일을 어디에 저장할지(기기 안, 사용자의 개인 클라우드 등)는 사용자가 안드로이드 시스템 저장 화면에서 직접 선택합니다. 개발자는 이 파일을 전송받거나 열람하지 않습니다.

6. 앱이 사용하는 권한

• USE_BIOMETRIC — 지문 인증(2·4항).
• 인터넷(INTERNET) · 광고 ID — 광고 게재와 인앱 구매(프리미엄)에 사용합니다.
• BILLING — Google Play 결제(프리미엄: 광고 제거·저장 한도 해제) 처리에 사용합니다.
• 그 외 권한(카메라·마이크·위치·연락처·저장소 등)을 요청하지 않습니다.

7. 제3자 서비스

• Google AdMob — 광고 게재. 광고 식별자와 기기 정보를 처리합니다. Google 개인정보처리방침. 광고는 비밀번호·계정 관련 화면에는 표시하지 않습니다(이력·설정 화면에만 표시).
• Google Play 결제 — 프리미엄 구매 처리. 앱은 구매 여부만 확인하며, 결제 정보(카드 정보 등)를 개발자가 보관하지 않습니다.
• Google Firebase Analytics — 앱 사용 통계(화면 조회, 기기·앱 정보 등)를 수집합니다. 비밀번호·계정 정보는 수집 대상이 아닙니다. Google 개인정보처리방침.

유럽 경제 지역·영국·스위스 사용자에게는 광고 개인 맞춤 설정에 대한 동의 창(UMP)이 표시됩니다.

8. 보관 기간과 삭제

계정 정보는 사용자가 앱을 설치해 두는 동안 기기 안에만 보관됩니다. 설정의 "금고 초기화"를 실행하거나 앱을 삭제하면 이 정보는 기기에서 삭제됩니다. 별도의 백업 파일을 만들어 두지 않았다면 복구할 수 없습니다. 개발자가 서버에 보관하는 사용자 데이터가 없어 별도의 삭제 요청 절차가 필요하지 않습니다.

9. 어린이

이 앱은 만 13세 미만 어린이를 대상으로 하지 않습니다. Designed for Families 프로그램에 참여하지 않습니다.

10. 변경

이 방침이 바뀌면 이 페이지의 최종 업데이트 날짜가 갱신됩니다.

1. What this app does

King Pass is a password manager for your account IDs, passwords, and password change history. It has no server of its own and no sign-up or login feature. Account data you enter, or that you confirm saving through autofill, is stored only in an encrypted file on your device and is never sent to the developer.

2. Accounts and login

• There is no sign-up or login for the app itself, and no community or social feature.
• The account data you manage (ID, password, site address, note, linked app package name, password change history) is stored only on this device.

3. Information stored on your device

• Account data is kept in an AES-256 encrypted file in local device storage. The key that unlocks this file can only be produced by your master password, or by the fingerprint unlock you turn on.
• Information the autofill service recognizes on other apps' or browsers' login screens is added to that encrypted file only after you confirm the save prompt. Nothing leaves your device in this process.
• This information is removed when you uninstall the app, and the developer never receives or collects it.

4. Biometric (fingerprint) authentication

The app uses Android's biometric authentication to verify you before showing/copying a password or filling autofill. Your fingerprint data itself is never held by the app or the developer. It is managed by the Android system (Keystore); the app only receives a success/failure result.

5. Backup files

When you use "Create encrypted backup," the app creates a file re-encrypted with a password you choose. Where that file is saved (on-device, your personal cloud storage, etc.) is chosen by you in the Android system's own save screen. The developer never receives or accesses that file.

6. Permissions

• USE_BIOMETRIC — fingerprint authentication (sections 2 and 4).
• INTERNET and advertising ID — for ad serving and the Premium in-app purchase.
• BILLING — for processing the Premium purchase (removes ads, lifts the storage limit) through Google Play.
• No other permissions (camera, microphone, location, contacts, storage, etc.) are requested.

7. Third-party services

• Google AdMob — ad serving; processes the advertising identifier and device information. Google Privacy Policy. Ads are not shown on password- or account-related screens (only on the History and Settings screens).
• Google Play Billing — handles the Premium purchase; the app only checks whether it is owned. The developer never receives or stores your payment details.
• Google Firebase Analytics — collects app usage statistics (screen views, device and app information). Password and account data are not collected. Google Privacy Policy.

Users in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland are shown a consent form (UMP) for ad personalisation.

8. Retention and deletion

Account data is kept on your device only for as long as the app remains installed. Using "Reset vault" in Settings, or uninstalling the app, deletes this data from the device. Without a backup file, it cannot be recovered. The developer keeps no user data on any server, so no separate deletion request is needed.

9. Children

This app is not directed to children under 13. It does not participate in the Designed for Families programme.

If this policy changes, the last-updated date on this page will change with it.
