1. 이 앱이 하는 일

SafeJot은 메모를 자동으로 저장하고, 이전 버전을 남기고, 삭제해도 30일간 휴지통에 보관하고, 사용자가 고른 폴더에 주기적으로 백업하는 로컬 전용 메모장입니다. 메모 내용·검색·정리(색상 태그·별점·왕관·폴더)·음성 첨부·백업까지 전부 이 기기 안에서 처리되며, 메모 내용을 개발자 서버로 전송하지 않습니다. 계정 가입·로그인·클라우드 동기화가 없습니다.

2. 기기 접근

• 마이크(RECORD_AUDIO): 메모 하나에 짧은 음성 한 조각(최대 60초)을 첨부하는 기능에만 사용합니다. 녹음을 처음 시도할 때만 권한을 요청하며, 녹음한 음성은 이 기기에만 저장되고 서버로 전송되지 않습니다.
• 생체인증(USE_BIOMETRIC): 잠근 메모를 열 때 기기의 지문·얼굴 인식을 사용합니다. 생체 정보 자체는 안드로이드 운영체제가 처리하며, 이 앱이나 개발자는 생체 정보를 전달받거나 저장하지 않습니다.
• 이 앱은 카메라·위치·연락처에 접근하지 않습니다.
• 계정 가입·로그인이 없습니다.

3. 기기에 저장하는 정보

• 메모 내용(제목·본문·체크리스트·색상 태그·별점·왕관·폴더·글자크기)과 버전 기록·휴지통(삭제 후 30일)이 이 기기 안 앱 저장공간에 파일로 보관됩니다.
• 음성 첨부는 메모당 최대 1개, 이 기기 안에만 저장됩니다.
• 잠금 설정한 메모는 본문(및 첨부된 음성)이 암호화되어 저장됩니다. 잠그지 않은 메모는 평문으로 저장됩니다.
• 앱 설정(언어, 다크모드, 백업 폴더 위치, 마지막 백업 시각, 광고 제거 구매 여부 등)도 이 기기 안에 저장됩니다.
• 이 정보는 개발자 서버로 전송되지 않으며, 개발자는 사용자의 메모 내용을 볼 수 없습니다.

4. 폴더 백업(SAF)

설정에서 폴더를 고르면, 전체 메모(잠금 메모 포함, 텍스트는 암호화된 상태 그대로)와 음성 첨부 파일을 주기적으로 그 폴더에 내보냅니다. 이 백업은 사용자가 고른 기기(또는 사용자 소유 클라우드 드라이브 앱과 연결된 폴더) 안에만 저장되며, 개발자의 서버로는 전송되지 않습니다. 백업 폴더의 파일을 지우거나 관리하는 것은 사용자의 책임입니다.

5. 앱이 사용하는 권한

• 인터넷(INTERNET) · 광고 ID · 결제(BILLING) — 광고 게재와 인앱 구매(광고 제거)에 사용합니다.
• 마이크(RECORD_AUDIO) — 위 2항의 음성 첨부 기능.
• 생체인증(USE_BIOMETRIC) — 위 2항의 잠금 메모 열람.
• 그 외 권한을 요청하지 않습니다.

6. 제3자 서비스

• Google AdMob — 광고 게재. 광고 식별자와 기기 정보를 처리합니다. Google 개인정보처리방침
• Google Play 결제 — 광고 제거 구매 처리. 앱은 구매 여부만 확인합니다.
• 사용 통계·분석(Analytics) SDK는 넣지 않았습니다.

유럽 경제 지역·영국·스위스 사용자에게는 광고 개인 맞춤 설정에 대한 동의 창(UMP)이 표시됩니다.

7. 보관 기간과 삭제

메모·휴지통·음성 첨부·설정은 앱을 삭제하면 이 기기에서 함께 지워집니다. 사용자가 고른 폴더에 내보낸 백업 파일은 앱 삭제와 별개로 그 폴더에 남으므로, 필요하면 사용자가 직접 지워야 합니다. 개발자가 서버에 보관하는 메모 데이터는 없습니다.

8. 어린이

이 앱은 만 13세 미만 어린이를 대상으로 하지 않습니다. Designed for Families 프로그램에 참여하지 않습니다.

9. 변경

이 방침이 바뀌면 이 페이지의 최종 업데이트 날짜가 갱신됩니다.

1. What this app does

SafeJot is a local-only note app that autosaves as you type, keeps prior versions, holds deleted notes in a 30-day trash, and periodically backs up to a folder you choose. Note content, search, organizing (color tags, star ratings, crown, folders), voice attachments and backups are all handled entirely on your device — your note content is never sent to a developer server. There is no account, sign-up or cloud sync.

2. Device access

• Microphone (RECORD_AUDIO): used only to attach one short voice clip (up to 60 seconds) to a note. The permission is requested only the first time you try to record, and the recording is stored only on this device — it is never uploaded.
• Biometrics (USE_BIOMETRIC): used to unlock a locked note via your device's fingerprint or face recognition. The biometric data itself is handled by the Android OS — this app and its developer never receive or store it.
• This app does not access the camera, location or contacts.
• There is no sign-up or login.

3. Information stored on your device

• Note content (title, body, checklist, color tag, star rating, crown, folder, font size), its version history, and the trash (deleted notes kept for 30 days) are stored as files in this app's storage on your device.
• Voice attachments — up to one per note — are stored only on this device.
• Locked notes have their body (and any attached voice clip) stored encrypted. Notes that are not locked are stored as plain text.
• App settings (language, dark mode, backup folder location, last backup time, whether ads were removed) are also stored on this device.
• None of this is transmitted to a developer server, and the developer cannot see your note content.

4. Folder backup (SAF)

If you choose a folder in Settings, all of your notes (including locked ones, whose text stays encrypted in the export) and voice attachments are periodically exported to that folder. This backup is stored only inside the folder you chose (which may itself live on this device or in a cloud-drive app you control) — it is never sent to the developer's server. Managing or deleting files in that backup folder is your own responsibility.

5. Permissions

• INTERNET, advertising ID and BILLING — for ad serving and the remove-ads in-app purchase.
• RECORD_AUDIO — for the voice attachment feature in section 2.
• USE_BIOMETRIC — for unlocking locked notes in section 2.
• No other permissions are requested.

6. Third-party services

• Google AdMob — ad serving; processes the advertising identifier and device information. Google Privacy Policy
• Google Play Billing — handles the remove-ads purchase; the app only checks whether it is owned.
• No analytics SDK is included in this app.

Users in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland are shown a consent form (UMP) for ad personalisation.

7. Retention and deletion

Notes, trash, voice attachments and settings are removed from this device when you uninstall the app. Backup files exported to a folder you chose live in that folder independently of the app, so you need to delete them yourself if you want them gone. The developer keeps no note data on any server.

8. Children

This app is not directed to children under 13. It does not participate in the Designed for Families programme.

9. Changes

If this policy changes, the last-updated date on this page will change with it.
