1. 이 앱이 하는 일

신분증·등본 등 서류를 찍거나 PDF로 불러와, 주민등록번호 뒷자리 같은 민감한 숫자를 가리고, 제출처·용도·날짜 워터마크와 사본번호를 넣은 A4 사본을 만들어 주는 앱입니다. 회원가입·로그인이 없습니다.

2. 수집하는 정보

• 개발자는 이용자의 개인정보를 직접 수집하지 않습니다. 촬영한 사진, 불러온 PDF, 인식된 번호는 개발자의 서버로 전송되지 않습니다.
• 사진·PDF 처리: 글자 인식과 가림 처리는 모두 이 기기 안에서 합니다. 가리기 전의 원본 사진은 사본을 만든 뒤 기기에서 삭제하고, 앱이 중간에 종료되어 남은 임시 원본은 다음 실행 때 지웁니다.
• 사본함: 완성한 사본(가림이 적용된 A4)과 제출처·용도·날짜·사본번호 기록은 이 기기 안에만 저장되며, 사용자가 삭제하면 기기에서 영구히 지워집니다.
• 설정(언어·가림 옵션·최근 제출처 목록)은 이 기기 안에만 저장됩니다.
• 앱의 자동 백업(allowBackup)은 꺼져 있어, 사본과 기록이 클라우드 백업으로 올라가지 않습니다.

3. 문서 스캐너(Google)

촬영 화면은 Google Play 서비스의 문서 스캐너(ML Kit Document Scanner)를 사용합니다. 처음 실행할 때 이 스캐너 모듈을 Google Play 서비스가 내려받으므로 인터넷 연결이 필요할 수 있습니다. 촬영된 이미지는 기기에서 처리되며 개발자에게 전송되지 않습니다. 글자 인식(ML Kit Text Recognition)도 기기 안에서 동작합니다.

4. 화면 보호

설정의 「화면 캡처 차단」을 켜면 신분증이 보이는 화면에서 스크린샷과 최근 앱 미리보기를 막습니다(기본 켜짐). 이 설정은 이용자가 끌 수 있습니다.

5. 공유·저장

완성한 사본을 PDF 또는 이미지로 보낼 때는 이용자가 직접 고른 앱·저장 위치로만 전달됩니다. 보낸 뒤의 파일은 받는 앱·받는 사람의 책임입니다. 사본에는 사본번호가 들어 있어, 유출 시 어디에 보낸 사본인지 이용자가 기록에서 찾아볼 수 있습니다.

6. 광고(Google AdMob)

• 홈·기록 화면 등에 배너 광고를 표시하고, 화면을 떠나는 버튼에서 가끔 전면 광고를 표시합니다. 이용자가 직접 선택한 경우에만 보상형 광고(배너 24시간 쉬기)를 재생합니다. 신분증이 보이는 촬영·가림·결과 화면에는 광고를 표시하지 않습니다.
• AdMob은 광고 제공·측정을 위해 광고 식별자(Advertising ID) 등 기기 정보를 수집할 수 있습니다(Google 정책). 사진·문서·인식된 번호는 광고에 사용되지 않습니다.
• 유럽경제지역(EEA)·영국 등 동의가 필요한 지역에서는 Google의 동의 관리 도구(UMP)를 통해 광고 맞춤 설정에 대한 동의를 묻습니다.

사용 통계(Google Firebase 애널리틱스): 앱 개선을 위해 앱 실행·화면 이용 같은 이벤트, 앱 인스턴스 ID, 기기 종류·OS 버전·대략적 지역을 Google에 보내 개발자가 익명 통계로 봅니다. 사진·문서·인식된 번호·사본 내용은 보내지 않습니다.

7. 인앱 결제

「광고 제거」(1회 결제)는 Google Play 결제로 처리됩니다. 결제 수단 정보는 Google이 처리하며 개발자는 접근하지 않습니다. 앱은 구매 여부만 이 기기에 저장합니다.

8. 사용하는 권한

• 인터넷: 광고·사용 통계·인앱 결제·스캐너 모듈 내려받기에만 사용합니다.
• 카메라 권한은 앱이 직접 요청하지 않으며, 촬영은 Google 문서 스캐너 화면에서 이루어집니다. 저장공간·연락처·위치 권한을 요청하지 않습니다.

9. 제3자 제공

위의 Google(문서 스캐너·글자 인식)·Google AdMob·Google Firebase 애널리틱스·Google Play 결제 외에 이용자 정보를 제3자에게 제공하거나 판매하지 않습니다.

10. 데이터 보관 / 삭제

• 데이터 보관: 사본과 기록은 개발자가 수집·보관하지 않으며 이 기기에만 보관됩니다. 보관 기간은 사용자가 삭제하기 전까지입니다.
• 사본함에서 사본을 지우면 기기에서 영구히 삭제됩니다. 앱을 삭제하거나 기기 설정에서 앱 데이터를 지우면 기기 안의 모든 사본·기록이 함께 삭제됩니다.
• 서버에 저장된 이용자 데이터가 없으므로 개발자에게 삭제를 요청할 내용이 없습니다. 광고 식별자는 기기 설정에서 직접 재설정·삭제할 수 있습니다.

11. 아동

이 앱은 아동을 주 대상으로 하지 않으며, 개발자가 아동의 개인정보를 직접 수집하지 않습니다.

CopySeal Privacy Policy

1. What the app does

CopySeal lets you photograph or open a PDF of an ID card or a record, covers sensitive numbers such as the back digits of a resident registration number, and produces an A4 copy with a recipient/purpose/date watermark and a copy number. There is no sign-up or login.

2. Information we collect

• The developer does not directly collect your personal information. Photos you take, PDFs you open and recognised numbers are not sent to the developer's server.
• Photos and PDFs: text recognition and masking are done entirely on this device. The unmasked original photo is deleted from the device after the copy is made, and any temporary original left behind by an interrupted run is removed the next time the app starts.
• My copies: finished copies (with the masks applied) and their records (recipient, purpose, date, copy number) are stored on this device only and are permanently removed when you delete them.
• Settings (language, masking options, recent recipients) are stored on this device only.
• The app's automatic backup (allowBackup) is turned off, so copies and records are not uploaded to a cloud backup.

3. Document scanner (Google)

The capture screen uses Google Play services' document scanner (ML Kit Document Scanner). On first use Google Play services downloads this scanner module, so an internet connection may be required. Captured images are processed on the device and are not sent to the developer. Text recognition (ML Kit Text Recognition) also runs on the device.

4. Screen protection

With "Block screenshots" turned on in Settings, screenshots and recent-apps previews are blocked on screens that show your ID (on by default). You can turn it off.

5. Sharing and saving

When you send a finished copy as a PDF or an image, it goes only to the app or location you choose. What happens to the file afterwards is up to the receiving app and person. Each copy carries a copy number so that, if a copy leaks, you can look up in your records where you sent it.

6. Ads (Google AdMob)

• We show banner ads on screens such as home and your copies, and occasionally an interstitial ad when you leave a screen with a button. A rewarded ad (pause the banner for 24 hours) plays only if you choose it. The capture, masking and result screens that display your ID do not show any ads.
• AdMob may collect device information such as an advertising ID to deliver and measure ads, per Google's policy. Photos, documents and recognised numbers are not used for ads.
• In regions that require consent, such as the EEA and the UK, we ask for consent to ad personalization through Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP).

Usage statistics (Google Firebase Analytics): to improve the app, events such as app launches and screen use, the app instance ID, device model, OS version and approximate region are sent to Google so the developer can see anonymous statistics. Photos, documents, recognised numbers and copy contents are not sent.

7. In-app purchase

"Remove ads" (a one-time payment) is handled by Google Play billing. Google processes your payment details; the developer never has access to them. The app stores only whether you have purchased, on this device.

8. Permissions we use

• Internet: used only for ads, usage statistics, in-app purchase and downloading the scanner module.
• The app does not request the camera permission itself; capture happens in Google's document scanner screen. It does not request storage, contacts or location permissions.

9. Sharing with third parties

Apart from Google (document scanner and text recognition), Google AdMob, Google Firebase Analytics and Google Play billing above, we do not share or sell user information to third parties.

10. Data retention and deletion

• Data retention: copies and records are not collected or retained by the developer; they stay on this device until you delete them.
• Deleting a copy in "My copies" removes it from the device for good. Uninstalling the app or clearing its data in device settings deletes all copies and records on the device.
• No user data is stored on a server, so there is nothing to request deletion of from the developer. You can reset or delete your advertising ID in your device settings.

11. Children

This app is not primarily directed to children, and the developer does not directly collect personal information from children.
