1. 이 앱이 하는 일
폰 화면에 맥주·소주·위스키·와인 잔을 보여 주고, 폰을 기울이면 액체가 움직이는 시뮬레이터입니다. 실제 술을 마시는 앱이 아니며, 성인 이용자를 대상으로 합니다. 회원가입·로그인이 없고 개발자 서버가 없습니다.
2. 수집·저장하는 정보
- 설정: 언어, 시작 방식, 센서·소리 켜짐, 광고 제거 구매 여부는 이 기기 안에만 저장되며 개발자에게 전송되지 않습니다.
- 기울기·가속도 센서: 액체가 폰의 움직임을 따르도록 센서 값을 사용합니다. 기기 안에서만 처리하며 저장·전송하지 않습니다.
- 소리: 효과음과 배경음악은 앱에 들어 있는 파일을 재생하며 마이크를 사용하지 않습니다.
- 다른 폰과 연결(선택 기능): 이용자가 연결 화면을 열었을 때만 Google Nearby Connections(블루투스·Wi-Fi 직접 연결)로 가까운 폰을 찾고, 연결된 폰에 잔에 따르는 동작 같은 앱 안의 값만 보냅니다. 서버를 거치지 않으며 개발자가 받지 않습니다. 연결 화면을 닫으면 끝납니다.
- 자동 백업: 앱의 Android 자동 백업은 꺼져 있어 설정이 클라우드 백업에 올라가지 않습니다.

4. 광고(Google AdMob)
- 설정 창을 닫을 때 가끔 전면 광고를 표시합니다(최소 10분 간격). 술잔이 보이는 시뮬레이션 화면 위에는 광고를 띄우지 않습니다.
- AdMob은 광고 제공·측정을 위해 광고 식별자(Advertising ID) 등 기기 정보를 수집할 수 있습니다(Google 정책).
- 유럽경제지역(EEA)·영국 등 동의가 필요한 지역에서는 Google의 동의 관리 도구(UMP)로 동의를 묻고, 설정의 「광고 개인정보 설정」에서 다시 바꿀 수 있습니다.

5. 인앱 결제
「광고 제거」(1회 결제)는 Google Play 결제로 처리됩니다. 결제 수단 정보는 Google이 처리하며 개발자는 접근하지 않습니다. 앱은 구매 여부만 이 기기에 저장합니다.
6. 제3자 제공
위의 Google AdMob·Google Play 결제·Google Nearby Connections(이용자가 연결을 켠 경우) 외에 이용자 정보를 제3자에게 제공하거나 판매하지 않습니다.
7. 연령·음주 안내
이 앱은 술잔 시뮬레이션이며 음주를 권장하지 않습니다. 성인 이용자를 대상으로 하고, 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며 개발자가 아동의 개인정보를 직접 수집하지 않습니다. 음주 운전을 하지 마세요.
8. 데이터 보관 / 삭제
- 데이터 보관: 설정은 개발자가 수집·보관하지 않으며 이 기기에만 보관됩니다. 보관 기간은 이용자가 삭제하기 전까지입니다.
- 앱을 삭제하거나 기기 설정에서 앱 데이터를 지우면 기기 안의 설정이 함께 삭제됩니다.
- 서버에 저장된 이용자 데이터가 없으므로 개발자에게 삭제를 요청할 내용이 없습니다. 광고 식별자는 기기 설정에서 직접 재설정·삭제할 수 있습니다.

1. What the app does
A simulator that shows a glass of beer, soju, whisky or wine on your screen; tilt the phone and the liquid moves. It is not an app for actually drinking, and it is intended for adults. There is no sign-up or login, and there is no developer server.
2. Information we collect and store
- Settings: language, start mode, sensor and sound switches and whether you bought "Remove ads" are stored only on this device and are not sent to the developer.
- Tilt and motion sensors: sensor values are used so the liquid follows the phone's movement. They are processed on the device only and are neither stored nor transmitted.
- Sound: sound effects and music are files bundled in the app; the microphone is not used.
- Link with another phone (optional): only while you have the link screen open, the app uses Google Nearby Connections (direct Bluetooth / Wi-Fi) to find a nearby phone and sends in-app values such as the pouring action to the connected phone. No server is involved and the developer does not receive it. It ends when you close the link screen.
- Automatic backup: Android automatic backup is turned off for this app, so your settings are not uploaded to a cloud backup.

We do not use camera, microphone, contacts or storage permissions.
4. Ads (Google AdMob)
- An interstitial ad may appear when you close the settings sheet (at most once every 10 minutes). Ads are not placed over the glass simulation screen.
- AdMob may collect device information such as the advertising ID to serve and measure ads (Google policy).
- In regions that require consent, such as the EEA and the UK, Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) asks for consent; you can change it later under "Ad privacy options" in Settings.

5. In-app purchase
"Remove ads" (a one-time payment) is handled by Google Play billing. Google processes your payment details; the developer never has access to them. The app stores only whether you have purchased, on this device.
6. Sharing with third parties
Apart from Google AdMob, Google Play billing and Google Nearby Connections (only when you turn on a link), we do not share or sell user information to third parties.
7. Age and drinking notice
This app is a glass simulation and does not encourage drinking. It is intended for adults, is not directed to children, and the developer does not directly collect children's personal information. Never drink and drive.
8. Data retention and deletion
- Data retention: your settings are not collected or retained by the developer; they stay on this device until you delete them.
- Uninstalling the app, or clearing its data in device settings, deletes the settings on the device.
- No user data is stored on a server, so there is nothing to request deletion of from the developer. You can reset or delete your advertising ID in your device settings.
